LG was successful with its LG KE850 phone. This is also known by its more popular name, LG Prada. Now, LG is planning to launch the 2nd version of the phone, the LG Prada II in Q4 of 2008. The Prada II is similar to its predecessor but it has a very useful slide-out, full QWERTY, thin keyboard. Besides that, the touchscreen device comes equipped with 3G via HSDPA, video calling, a full HTML browser, a 5 megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach certified lens and WiFi connectivity.

A rundown of the its specs gives us the following:
-Quad-band GSM/EDGE, dual-band HSDPA (850MHz/2100MHz)
- 950mAh battery
-240×400 3.0″ screen
-5 megapixel autofocus camera with flash and VGA recording
-Bluetooth 2.1
-Wi-Fi b,g
-Infineon MP-EH + M180 chipset
-Motion sensor
-FM Radio
-104.5 x 54 x 16.8 mm

The 5 megapixel shooter is definitely a plus, and users will love the 850MHz WCDMA. As stated, the Prada II is set to launch in Q4 of 2008. It will be available in Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spani and the Netherlands and it’s going to cost 600 Euro or about $815.
