Universal Software Platform creator, Streamezzo, has announced that another company is to utilise its services.
This time it is Singaporean wireless provider MobileOne Ltd (M1).
The company has opted to make use of Streamezzo’s MiWorld Go, which is a new service that offers customers mobile music and video.
M1 is a large concern, with over a million customers who make use of the company’s 2G/3G/3.5G network services.
MiWorld Go will be “sold†by M1 as a free value added service.
The service offers the latest music releases via intuitive browsing. There will initially be several hundred different artists’ music available with instant access.
Streamezzo will be responsible for content delivery through their J2EE platform.
The company states that the system overcomes all kinds of mobile industry fragmentation problems.
The service is currently available on around twenty different handhelds including Symbian and Java phones.
