Dialogue Communications attended the Vodafone Aggregator Forum where they were the recipients of the “Griff Innovation Award”.
By coincidence the award is named in memory of one of the company’s former employees, Managing Director Paul Griffiths, who is regarded as a pioneer in the field of the Payforit solution.
Vodafone made the award in recognition of the company’s Online Payforit service, particularly in the area of charity donations in which they co-operated with BT agilemedia to enable online donations to be transacted.
They also worked with several other companies in this area, including AEI Mobile, in a set aimed at enabling online event tickets purchase.
Not surprisingly the company was proud to receive an award named after one of their own.
Guiom Peersman from Dialogue said, “We are also extremely honoured to be receiving the Griff Innovation Award in particular, recognising our continued work to build on Paul’s significant legacy and the work he began here at Dialogue”.
Dialogue launched Payforit in January 2007. Its main use is in selling mobile content and its maximum transaction amount is $10.
